Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box or similar packaging, ensuring all original documentation is included inside.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Deliver your package to the designated carrier location; once received and inspected at our ranch, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
